The Blue Door  – If you are a celiac, it’s always a little….ok a lot scary, the first time you eat at a restaurant that says they do gluten free in a celiac safe way. They’ve answered all your questions, haven’t rolled their eyes and they seem to get it. So you take a chance.

Well, let me tell you The Blue Door in Fredericton not only gets it (I ate there four times in  forty-eight hours) their food is fantastic! Fresh and new is their mission statement and they completely deliver on that.

If you are in Fredericton, I highly recommend this deliciousness. My favourite was the Supreme Chicken. And yes, it was supreme.
