A warm blended herbal tea with herbs like holy basil, St. John's wort, rhodiola & passionflower, along with others to help stabilize & calm the nerves, and bring balance to fight or flight & stress hormones. This tea is great as needed, or taken daily. 

Ingredients like holy basil, passionflower, lemon balm, St. John's wort, gingko biloba, chamomile, ashwagandha, rhodiola & valerian root.
