Reiki Session - Energy healing sessions where I work on re-aligning the body's meridians and removing stagnant or stuck energy. Majority of sessions will have the client laying down while I (the practitioner) use minimal touch to move energy, cleanse the body and realign your chakras while energetically promoting healing. We can work on specific targeted areas based on your challenges and requests. All sessions are done fully clothed.
Spinal Flow Session - Sessions where you are laying face down on a reiki table and I lightly work through blockages in the body that can be physical, chemical or emotional, via access points connected to the spinal cord. It is a gentle practice without physical manipulation, allowing your body to work through traumas in the body to heal itself with my help. I will work mostly on the sacrum and head/neck area.
*Spinal Flow Bundles include a free initial assessment and a free reassessment post 6 sessions to note changes made in the body over time.
**Bundle packages MUST BE USED within a 4 month window from the date of original purchase. Subsequent session dates after the first online booked session will be booked in person post appointment. If you do not complete all six sessions within the 4 month window, remainder sessions will be forfeited and are non-refundable.
***Each session will be 1 hour long and does not include additional time.
